Eileen Louise Spilker

Eileen Louise Spilker, age 88 of Dayton, Ohio died Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Carlyle House in Dayton, Ohio. She was a graduate of Fayetteville High School, a graduate of the Good Samaritan School of Nursing in Dayton, loved to travel, read and spend time with her family and her dogs.  Eileen was born December 29, 1929 in Fayetteville, Ohio the daughter of the late Robert S. and Margaret (Lyons) Spilker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers – Robert and James Spilker; one sister – Margaret Spilker; one nephew – Jamie Spilker and two sisters-in-law – Irene and Myrtle Spilker.

Ms. Spilker is survived by one sister - Rosemary Spilker of Dayton, Ohio and nine nieces and nephews – Sue Ann (Larry) Leingang of Dayton, Ohio, Peggy  (Dave) Tefft of Columbus, Ohio, Linda (Gerry) Voll of Chicago, Illinois, Patricia (Ed) Wakeham of New York, Rob (Sandy) Spilker, Mark Spilker, Carolyn (Mike) Harold, and Lisa (J.D.) Kremer all of Dayton, Ohio and Chris (Melissa) Spilker of Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday, November 19, 2018 at the St. Angela Merici Parish - St. Patrick Chapel in Fayetteville, Ohio. Fr. Tom Bolte will be the celebrant. Visitation will be 9:30 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. at the church. Interment will be in the St. Patrick Cemetery. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
