Elaine Margaret (Fleming) Waters

Elaine Margaret Waters, age 76 of Williamsburg, Ohio and formerly of Eastgate, Ohio died Thursday, April 9, 2020 at her residence. She was retired from the Cincinnati Bell Credit Union and a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Madisonville, Ohio. Elaine was born April 26, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Herbert L. and Dorothy M. (Schroeder) Fleming.
Mrs. Waters is survived by her husband of 53 years – Joseph R. Waters, Sr. whom she married October 8, 1966; one son – Joseph R. Waters, Jr. and wife Lisa of Mt.Orab, Ohio; three grandchildren – Heather Thomas and husband Troy of Amelia, Ohio, Tiffany Blalock and husband Travis of Mt.Orab, Ohio and Joseph R. Waters, III and fiancé Amy Corcoran of Mt.Orab, Ohio; seven great grandchildren – Trent and Emma Thomas, Brady and Faith Luers, Joseph R. Waters, IV and Joshua and Nixon Gagen; one brother – Herbert “Bud” Fleming and wife Judy of Sayler Park, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic, private graveside services will be held Monday, April 13, 2020 at the Mt.Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
