Elbert F. Malone, age 86 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Sunday, October 12, 2008 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Malone was a retired farmer, a United States Army World War II veteran where he received the purple heart, a member of the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 in Georgetown, Ohio and served on the board of directors at the Citizens Bank in Higginsport, Ohio for thirty years.
