Frances Eileen Fron

Frances Eileen (Schwallie) Fron, age 80 of New Boston, Ohio and formerly of Ripley, Ohio died Monday, August 4, 2008 in a traffic accident in New Boston, Ohio. She was a homemaker and had worked for the US Shoe Corporation. She was born on May 20, 1928 in Brown County, Ohio the daughter of the late Charles and Vera (Inskeep) Schwallie. She was also preceded in death by one son, Michael Fron and one sister, Jeannette McCaughey.

She is survived by two sons - Dennis Fron and wife Susan of Middletown, Ohio and Jay Fron of Los Angeles, California; one daughter - Joni Barnett and husband Dwight of Smyrna, Tennessee; four grandchildren; four brothers - Joe Schwallie and wife Vos of Union, Ohio, August Schwallie and wife Betty of Ripley, Ohio, Jim Schwallie and wife Rose of Ripley, Ohio and Greg Schwallie and wife Peg of Graham, Washington; three sisters - Cathy Mathews and husband Don of Ripley, Ohio, Andrea O'Connor and husband Jim of Destin, Florida and Nadine Reineck of San Antonio, Texas; one aunt - Stella Jacobs of Los Angeles, California; one uncle - Andy Inskeep of Kettering, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 8, 2008 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. James Schmitmeyer will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until 10:40 A.M. Friday at the Cahall Funeral in Ripley, Ohio. Interment will be in the Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
