Gabriel Manuel Barrios

Gabriel Manuel Barrios, age 7 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, July 18, 2015 as a result of the flash flooding of Red Oak Creek near Ripley. The tragedy also claimed the lives of his mother – Victoria Mae Kennard; his sister – Rosalinda Isabel Barrios and his unborn sister – Victoria Guadalupe Barrios. Gabriel would have been in the second grade this year. He played basketball and soccer and loved professional wrestling. Gabriel was born April 3, 2008 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of Marco Antonio Barrios and the late Victoria Mae Kennard.
Gabriel is survived by his father – Marco Antonio Barrios; two brothers Nicholas Alexander Kennard and Marco Antonio Barrios, Jr.; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Cahall Funeral home in Ripley, Ohio. Father Michael Comer and Father Michael Black will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery in Maysville, Kentucky.
