Gage Wayne Evans, infant son of Josh Andrew and Katherine L. (Pollitt) Evans of Russellville, Ohio died Monday, July 6, 2020 at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born May 29, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Gage was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather – Frank Connor in 2018.
In addition to his parents, Gage is survived by two sisters – Annabelle and Jaelynn Evans both of Russellville, Ohio; paternal grandparents – Nicki and Harry Evans of Sardinia, Ohio; maternal grandmother – Joyce Pollitt of Hamersville, Ohio; step maternal grandfather – Paul Jordan of Sardinia, Ohio; paternal great grandmother – Wanda Dye of Mt. Orab, Ohio; maternal great grandparents – Mary and Bob Pollitt of Hamersville, Ohio and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, July 13, 2020 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. During the visitation and memorial service, social distancing will be observed.
