Gerald "Pete" Ring

Gerald Victor "Pete" Ring, age 88 of Mt.Orab, Ohio died Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Hospice of Cincinnati-East in Anderson Township, Ohio. He was a farmer, tractor mechanic and a United States WWII Army veteran. Pete was born October 30, 1924 in Sardinia, Ohio the son of the late Victor and Bessie (Bohl) Ring. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife - Caroline (Davis) Ring in 2008, one sister - Marjorie Ellis and one son-in-law - Roger Davis.
Mr. Ring is survived by one daughter - Christine Davis of Mt.Orab, Ohio; one sister - Betty Moore of Mt.Orab, Ohio and many niece, nephews, friends and neighbors.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Joe Strunk will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt.Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio.
