Harold Frye

Harold E. Frye, age 94 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the Southwest Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Frye was retired from GTE as a cable splicer and part time supervisor and was a member and former trustee of the Georgetown United Methodist Church. He was born May 26, 1918 in Mt. Orab, Ohio the son of the late Elery and Missouri (Knight) Frye. He was also preceded in death by four brothers a�" William, Warren, Wayne and Randolph Frye and one sister a�" Minnie Guillerman.

Mr. Frye is survived by his wife of seventy-one years a�" Ruth (Barr) Frye whom he married February 14, 1942, one daughter a�" Judith Greenlee and husband Rudy of Hamersville, Ohio, two grandsons a�" Mike Brownlee and Steve Brownlee and wife Karen all of Georgetown, Ohio, three great grandchildren a�" Nikolus Brownlee of Eastgate, Ohio, Angel Brownlee of Anderson Township, Ohio and Noah Brownlee of Georgetown, Ohio, one great-great granddaughter a�" Avery Brownlee, three step great grandchildren a�" Shane Browning of Indiana, Stacy Browning of Indiana and Darren Browning of Georgetown, Ohio and one brother a�" Calvin Frye of Mt. Orab, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. a�" 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
