Helen E. Kattine

Helen Elizabeth Kattine, age 98 of Mt. Orab, Ohio and formerly of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the Villa Georgetown Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Georgetown, Ohio. She was born November 28, 1927 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of the late John F. and Margaret (Lang) Ring. Helen was a homemaker and loved gardening and flowers of all kinds. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 61 years – Bob D. Kattine in 2009 and one son – Steve Kattine in 2017.

Mrs. Kattine is survived by three grandchildren – Jeffrey Kattine and wife Cassie of Independence, Kentucky, Jamey Kattine and wife Amy of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Jeremy Kattine of Mt. Orab, Ohio; eight great grandchildren – Paige, Nolan, Roman, Courtney, Emma, Hunter, Hayden and Hayley Kattine; one great-great grandchild – Brayden White; one brother – Lowell Ring of Finneytown, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, July 16, 2026 at the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Dan Pelzel will officiate. There will be no visitation. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
