Henry Clay Mayhall, Jr., age 82 of Georgetown, Ohio and formerly of Anderson Township died Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, Kentucky. Mr. Mayhall, Jr. was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, a retired manager at Cincinnati Bell, a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Bethel, Ohio, the Brown County Senior Citizens, past president of the telephone pioneer camping club and a United States Army veteran. He was born September 24, 1934 in Dayton, Kentucky the son of the late Henry Clay and Marie Dorothy (Mohrhaus) Mayhall, Sr.. He was also preceded in death by his first wife – Delores (Redwine) Mayhall, one sister – Nancy Mayhall Kehoe and one brother-in-law – Patrick Arthur Kehoe.

Mr. Mayhall, Jr. is survived by his wife – Marian (Kemen) Mayhall; two sons – Mark Mayhall and wife Jennifer of Cincinnati, Ohio and Mat Mayhall of Florence, Kentucky; one daughter – Rebeca Sanders and husband Steve of Georgetown, Ohio; one step daughter – Sharon Adams of Erlanger, Kentucky; three step sons – Larry Anderson of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, Terry Anderson of Hebron, Kentucky and Tony Anderson of Maysville, Kentucky; three grandchildren – Adam and Jacob Mayhall and Autumn Sanders; nine step grandchildren – Morgan and Marlee Adams, Patrick, Evan, Courtney, Sydney, Brett, Brooke and Bryce Anderson; one step great grandchild – Truitt Anderson and one sister – Carole Hollmann and husband Jay of Eastgate, Ohio.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 13, 2017 at the St. Mary Catholic Church in Bethel, Ohio. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. Friday at the church. Interment will be in the Mother of God Cemetery in Latonia, Kentucky with veteran services by the Northern Kentucky Honor Guard.
