James Ellison

James H. Ellison, age 68 of Georgetown, Ohio died Saturday, November 29, 2014 at his residence. He was retired from the Keebler Company, a United States Navy veteran, a lifetime member of the American Quarter Horse Association, the American Paint Horse Association and the NRA and a 1981 graduate of the Brown County Police Academy. Jim was born August 25, 1946 in Flemingsburg, Kentucky the son of the late Sidney and Mattie Ellison. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife - Linda Lou (Clark) Ellison in 1998.

Mr. Ellison is survived by his beloved dog - Saw and numerous friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Scott Hennig will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Decatur Cemetery in Decatur, Ohio with Military Services by the Carey-Bavis American Legion Post #180 of Georgetown, Ohio.
