Jean T. White

Jean T. White, age 85 of Ripley, Ohio, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ripley First Presbyterian Church, where she served as a Deacon and Elder and also taught Sunday school for many years. Mrs. White was born December 21, 1928 in Covington, Kentucky the daughter of the late Marion W. and Lillian B. (Gardner) Turner. She was also preceded in death by two brothers - James and Billy Turner.

Mrs. White is survived by her loving husband of 63 A½ years - Thomas E. White; two sons - Philip White and wife Karen of Ripley, Ohio and Thomas E. White and wife Michelle of Anderson Township, Ohio; two granddaughters - Katherine White of Ripley, Ohio and Anna White of Anderson Township, Ohio; two sisters - Ruth Walker of Lucasville, Ohio and Alice Pfeffer of Urbana, Illinois; two brothers - Robert and Donald Turner, both of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, December 1, 2014 at the Ripley First Presbyterian Church in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Wayne Reveal will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Monday at the church. Interment will follow the funeral service in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley.
