Jeffrey Downing, 59 of Georgetown, Ohio, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023 at his home. He was born February 11, 1964 the son of the late Linda Lou Fultz Kennard and Darrell Downing. He was also preceded in death by a half-sister – Victoria Mae Kennard.
Jeff is survived by a half-sister – Betty Kennard; two half-brothers – Ralph Kennard and Chris Kennard; dear friends – David and Pam Chandler.
Following cremation, there will be no services. Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio is serving the family.
