Jeffrey Vaughn

Jeffrey Dale Vaughn, age 47 of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the South West Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a truck driver for Greiner Trucking. Jeff was born July 6, 1965 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of Nancy (Fetters) Applegate of Bentonville, Ohio and the late Franklin C. Vaughn.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Vaughn is survived by his wife - Teresa (Perry) Vaughn, whom he married January 1, 2000; one son - Steven Michael Vaughn of Bethel, Ohio; one step-son - Bentley David McCarty of Mt.Orab, Ohio; one grandson - Kyle Vaughn; four step-grandchildren - Thaddis and Bentley McCarty, Chastity Maria Yeley and Bradford Huertas; three brothers - Greg Vaughn and wife Connie of Georgetown, Ohio, Brian Vaughn and wife Carrie of Cincinnati, Ohio and Scottie Vaughn of Ripley, Ohio; step-father - Harold Applegate of Bentonville, Ohio and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Jason Galley will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
