Jerry Brown

Eugene Jerome "Jerry" Brown, age 83 of Ripley, Ohio, died Thursday, February 12, 2015 at his home. He was a farmer, a United States Army Korean War Era Veteran, a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio and a member of the American Legion. Mr. Brown was born November 17, 1931 near Ripley, Ohio the son of the late Cyril and Hilda (Germann) Brown. He was also preceded in death by one sister - Ruth Johnson and one brother - Donald Brown.

Mr. Brown is survived by his longtime companion - Ruth Ann Fithen; one sister - Pauline Yeager of Ripley, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, February 16, 2015 at St. Michael Church in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Dohrman Byers will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on Monday at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley. Interment will be in Red Oak Cemetery near Ripley.
