Jim Vern Bullock, age 64 of Lake Waynoka, Ohio died Monday, October 11, 2010 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a Sales Engineer for Allied Technical Services in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jim was born May 30, 1946 in Kalamazoo, Michigan the son of the late James Lavern and Leona Marie (Phelps) Bullock. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lisa Kay Bullock and his grandmother whom helped raise him, Blanche Phelps Hagan.
