Jody Lynn Patten, age 23 of Georgetown, Ohio died Friday, August 24, 2007 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio after a motorcycle accident on Yockey Road near Russellville, Ohio. She was an aide with G&D Alternative Living in Sardinia, Ohio. Jody was born on Januaruy 11, 1984 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Tom Patten of Ripley, Ohio and Terry (Massie) Patten of Georgetown, Ohio.
Jody is survived by her companion - Daniel Finney of Georgetown, Ohio; two children - Madison and Daniel Finney both at home; her father - Tom Patten of Ripley, Ohio; her mother - Terry Patten of Georgetown, Ohio; her paternal grandmother - Marian Patten of Mt. Orab, Ohio; her maternal grandmother and step grandfather- Wanda Jones and Larry Jones of Georgetown, Ohio; two brothers - Jeremy Latham of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Thomas Patten, Jr. of Ripley, Ohio and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Wednesday. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the Madison and Daniel Finney children's Fund, in care of the National Bank and Trust, 885 S. Main Street, Georgetown, Ohio 45121.
