Joe Shelton

Lloyd Joseph "Big Joe" Shelton, age 48 of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the Mt.Orab Medical Center in Mt.Orab, Ohio. He was a laborer and a member of the F.O.E #2293 in Georgetown, Ohio. Joe was born February 7, 1966 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of Joseph A. Shelton and wife Janie and Valerie (Lewis) Shelton all of Georgetown, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Shelton is survived by his sweetie - Joy Hewitt of Georgetown, Ohio; two daughters - Jacqueline Jones of Loveland, Ohio and Jessica Swingle of Anderson Township, Ohio; one grandson and best friend - Kaden Vickers; one sister - Vicki Carrington and husband Mike of Georgetown, Ohio; two step-sisters - Brandie Carter and husband Mike of Georgetown, Ohio and Janelle Sheilds and husband Lonnie of Maysville, Kentucky; eight nieces - Alex, MacKenzi, Sydney, Bethany, Ally, Belle, Rosie and Katja; nine nephews - Darren, Quin, Anthony, Brandon, Eric, Andy, Christian, Junior and Alan; one great nephew - Carter; one great niece - Hayley and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Scott Hennig will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
