Joesph Shinkle

Joseph Rice Shinkle, age 94 of Higginsport, Ohio died Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the Ohio Veteran Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was retired from the Eastern Sheet Metal Company, a United States WWII Army Veteran and recipient of the Good Conduct Ribbon, European-African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon with 5 bronze Stars, French Legion of Honor and named a Knight in the French Legion in thanks for his work in liberating France during his service with the Army in WWII.
