John Thomas Durham

John Thomas Durham, age 63 of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, September 12, 2010 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio as a result of a motorcycle accident in Hillsboro, Ohio. He was a heavy equipment operator for twenty-nine years with the John R. Jurgensen Construction Company. John was born November 16, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio. the son of the late William McKinley and Bertha Easter (Peace) Durham.

Mr. Durham is survived by his wife of forty-five years - Connie (Dickson) Durham, whom he married November 20, 1964; two sons - John Paul and Brandon Isaac Durham, both of Georgetown, Ohio; one brother - Jim Durham of Georgetown, Ohio; four sisters - Opal McAninch and husband James of Goshen, Ohio; Jean Barr and husband Charles of Georgetown, Ohio; Shirley Cahall and husband Frank of Felicity, Ohio; Marion Hollin of Cincinnati, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Mike Mohrhaus will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to the Mount Up Ministries, 149 Hamer Road, Georgetown, Ohio.
