John "Dick" Alta Arapacee

John “Dick” Alta Arapacee, age 76 of Georgetown, Ohio, formerly of Adams County died Sunday, August 14, 2016 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a retired social worker in the Adams County area, a United States Vietnam War Army veteran, loved to eat at Butterbee’s in Mt.Orab, Ohio and loved animals . Dick was born October 23, 1939 in Springfield, Ohio the son of John and Alta May Aprapacee. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother.
Mr. Arapacee is survived by special friends – Clarence and Andrea Wilkerson of Sardinia, Ohio.
Following cremation, memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 5, 2016 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio followed by military services by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 of Georgetown, Ohio.
