Joseph R. Bick

Joseph Robert Bick, age 91, of Ripley, Ohio died Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, Kentucky after a courageous battle with leukemia. He worked as a pipefitter for Union 392 of Cincinnati for over 40 years and was a United States WWII Army veteran. Joe was born February 27, 1927 in Ripley, Ohio the son of the late Wylie and Imogene (Whisner) Bick.

Mr. Bick is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary (Martin) Bick whom he married June 14, 1952; one son -Roger Bick and wife Melody of Fairfax Station, Virginia; one daughter - Barbara Campbell and husband Ray of Ripley, Ohio; two granddaughters - Jen O’Bryhim and husband Jason of Augusta, Georgia and Sara Beasley and husband Christopher of Edwardsville, Illinois and three great-grandchildren - Hannah, Myles and Conner O’Bryhim.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday, June 22, 2018 at the Red Oak Presbyterian Church, 5754 Cemetery Road, Ripley, Ohio 45167. Ron Moffitt will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Private interment will be in the Red Oak Cemetery.
