Joyce Lee DeVore, age 79 of Ripley, Ohio died Friday, July 4, 2014 at the Southwest Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a homemaker, a member of the Ripley Church of Christ and the women for Christ, the Courts Fussnecker American Legion Post # 367 Auxiliary and a twenty-two year member of the Ripley Lions Club where she received the Melvin Jones Award. Joyce was born April 18, 1935 in Maysville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Harlan and Ruth (Craycraft) Howell.
