Judy Evelyn Phillips, age 60 of Aberdeen, Ohio, died Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center near Ripley, Ohio. Judy was born November 25, 1954 in West Union, Ohio the daughter of the late Albert Earl and Julia Evelyn (Sibert) Keets, Jr.. She was also preceded in death by her husband - Thomas Allen Phillips.
Judy is survived by one son - Jeromie Phillips and wife Alicia of Aberdeen, Ohio; one daughter - Desarae Evans of West Union, Ohio; two grandsons - Dylan Thomas Phillips and Clay Allen Phillips; three sisters - Belinda Kay Willoughby of Georgetown, Ohio, Carolyn Irwin of Manchester, Ohio and Terry Lynn Wells of Maysville, Kentucky; one aunt - Louise McNeilan of West Union, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Pastor Ken Harmon will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday. Interment will follow the funeral service in Manchester Cemetery in Manchester, Ohio.
