Julie Ann Lipscomb, age 47 of Nebraska, died July 8, 2014 in Elkhorn Nebraska. She was retired from the United States Air Force, after eighteen years of service. She served as a nurse and retired with the rank of Major. Ms. Lipscomb was born June 24, 1967 in Lexington, Kentucky the daughter of Helen (Lipscomb) Grierson and the late William Lipscomb.
