Kelly Ann (Smith) Sparks

Kelly Ann Sparks, age 51 of Cheviot, Ohio died Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at her residence. She worked in retail for T.J. Maxx. Kelly was born September 29, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of James Sparks of California and the late Mary Delores (Smith) Sparks.
In addition to her father, Ms. Sparks is survived by two children – Katelyn Smith of Athens, Ohio and Marcus Smith of Mt.Orab, Ohio; three half-brothers – Gene Forte and wife Phyllis, Tom Forte and wife Janice and Jim Forte and wife Pam all of Cincinnati, Ohio and her companion of fifteen years – Richard J. Niemer, Jr. of Cheviot, Ohio.
Following cremation, a memorial services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
