Kenneth R. Darlington

Kenneth Ray Darlington, age 84 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilation Center in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a farmer. Kenneth was born January 28, 1933 in Brown County, Ohio the son of the late Ray and Annie Elizabeth (Coleman) Darlington. Besides his parents, he was preceded in by his wife of 63 years - Loretta “Cricket” (Helphenstine) Darlington in 2014, one son – Kenneth Dale Darlington in 2014, two grandsons – Kevin Darlington and Brian Glover and one brother – G.E. “Jack” Darlington.

Mr. Darlington is survived two daughters – Patty Gray and husband Greg of Georgetown, Ohio and Sandy Glover and husband Ronnie of Mt.Orab, Ohio; one daughter-in-law – Karen Darlington of Bethel, Ohio; five grandchildren – Kyle Darlington and wife Terri of Georgetown, Ohio, Mindi Czarnecki of Milford, Ohio, Bethany Bauer and husband Andy of Amelia, Ohio, Amy Jo Tolle and husband Andy of Georgetown, Ohio and Tracy Glover of Mt.Orab, Ohio; seven great grandchildren – Sierra and Kristopher Darlington, Ava and Luke Czarnecki and Blake, Brooklynn and Allie Jo Tolle and three sisters-in-law – Betty Ann Bumgardner of Miamisburg, Ohio, Wanda Martin and husband Harold of Hobe Sound, Florida and Julie Darlington of Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Troy Braunstein will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Sanders Cemetery near Georgetown, Ohio.
