Kevin A. Stewart

Kevin Anthony Stewart, age 73 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born April 14, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Robert L. and Mary A. (Gorman) Stewart. Mr. Stewart will be remembered for his steadfast dedication to his country and his deep commitment to his loved ones. He proudly served as an Air Force veteran from 1971 to 1975 during the Vietnam era, reflecting his sense of duty and patriotism. Kevin was an avid photographer of nature and his family. Throughout his life, Kevin was a loving brother and uncle who was especially close to his nephew Danny and cherished the moments he spent with his family. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother – Michael Stewart and one sister – Patricia Katrak.

Mr. Stewart is survived by six brothers and sisters – Karen Beuke and husband Leo of Fayetteville, Ohio, Thomas A. Stewart and wife Cheri of Ft. Wright, Kentucky, Maryann Russell and husband Bob and Susan Stewart all of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kathy Heidtmann and husband Peter of Nelsonville, Ohio and Eileen Hageman and husband Gil of North Carolina and many nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, July 9, 2026 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 130 Stone Alley, Fayetteville, Ohio with military honors by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180. Fr. Cordonnier will be the celebrant. Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. Thursday at the church. Inurnment will be in the St, Patrick Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
