Lacy Lorie Dumford, age 101 of Mt. Orab, Ohio died Monday, December 2, 2013 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a homemaker. She was born September 29, 1912 in Bardwell, Ohio the daughter of the late Franklin and Viola (Cornetet) Mowry. Besides her parents, Lacy was preceded in death by her husband, Harmon Dumford; two brothers, Stanley Mowry and Lloyd Mowry and one sister, Goldie Tucker.
