Leroy Stout

Leroy Stout, age 67 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He loved playing softball and he formerly worked at the tobacco warehouses in Ripley and mowed grass at Maplewwood Cemetery in Ripley. Leroy was born September 13, 1943 in Ripley, Ohio the son of the late Albert and Minnie (Stout) Bennett. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Audrey Stradford.
Leroy is survived by four sisters - Beverly Lipps of Dayton, Ohio, Joyce Bennett of Georgetown, Ohio, Penny Bennett of Peebles, Ohio and Dawn Platt of Ripley, Ohio; one brother - Calvin Bennett of Georgetown, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Willie Howard will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral service in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
