Lilly Anne Hall, age 11 of Ripley, Ohio passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born May 23, 2014 in Edgewood, Kentucky the daughter of Perrianne (Dixon) Crawford and husband Jeff of Ripley, Ohio and Christopher Adam Hall and girlfriend Danielle Mains of Foster, Kentucky. Lilly was a sixth grader who brightened the halls of Eastern Brown Middle School. She shined like a bright star wherever she went and was always wearing a big smile. Lilly loved giving hugs and kisses to everyone because she never met a stranger. She had so much fun taking selfies, facetiming loved ones and reading lots of books. A true diva at heart, she loved her pretty dresses, cool sunglasses and sparkly jewelry. Lilly shared a truly special bond with her beloved big-little brother, Raleigh, a relationship that was a joy to behold. Together, they created countless cherished memories, filling their days with laughter and love. Lilly's heart was as big as her spirit, evident in her playful adventures with her furry friends, Coco and Cat and her treasured ponies, Molly and Leroy. In an act of remarkable generosity, Lilly embraced the role of an organ donor, sharing the gift of life with those in need. Through this selfless act, she continues to be a shining light in the lives of others, reminding us the beauty of love and compassion. Lilly’s legacy of joy, kindness and light will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. She taught everyone to embrace every moment, to love fiercely and to shine brightly in your own unique ways. Lilly was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents – Royse Dixon and W.J. “Dub” and Margaret Hunter and her paternal great grandparents – Bert and Delcenia Hall and Oscar and Annabelle Thornton.
In addition to her parents, Lilly is survived by one brother – Raleigh Hall; two step- siblings – Logan and Scarlett Mains; maternal grandparents – Mark and Brenda (Hunter) Dixon of Ripley, Ohio; paternal grandparents – Jay and Marcella (Thornton) Hall of Foster, Kentucky; maternal great grandmother – Genene Dixon of Ripley, Ohio; six aunts and uncles – Zane Dixon of Amelia, Ohio; Tami Quinn of Foster, Kentucky, Sara Wilburn and husband Bret of Alexandria, Kentucky, B.J. Hall and wife Kathy of Foster, Kentucky, Liz Miller and husband Jamie of Mexia, Texas and Hank Crawford of Lake Port, Michigan; special aunt – Kayla Hauke and husband Nick of Ripley, Ohio; six great aunts and uncles – Judy Graham and husband Wade and Danny “Boone” Hunter and wife Sherrie both of Cullman, Alabama. Mike Hunter and wife Karen of Logan, Alabama, Lisa Earls and husband James and Virgil Hall and wife Nancy both of Foster, Kentucky and Golia Hall of California, Kentucky and seven cousins – Clayton, Quinn and Ezra Thomas, Haylee and Dakota Michelson and Willow and Emma Hall.
