Linda Lee Phipps, age 65 of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia, Ohio. Linda was born August 19, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Kenneth Lee and Flora Grace (Windholtz) Loebker. She was also preceded in death by her husband – Gary Phipps and one sister.
There are no survivors and there will be no services.
