She was a registered nurse for the Laurels of Hillsboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hillsboro, Ohio. Lisa was born on June 23, 1968 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of Rev. Jesse and Irene (Crum) McKinzie of Felicity, Ohio.
