Lucille White

Lucille White, age 85 of Ripley, Ohio died Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center near Ripley, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sardinia Church of Christ in Sardinia, Ohio. Lucille was born August 5, 1926 in Wolfe County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Robert and Nannie Ethel (Brewer) Spencer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin White in 1992, one daughter - Nancy Kay Burton, two sons - Kenneth A. and Donald G. White, one grandson - Donald Forster, one brother - Charlie Bill Spencer and one sister - Geneva Spencer.
Mrs. White is survived by six children - Wanda Forster and husband Jim of Franklin, Ohio, Bob White and wife Ollie of Russellville, Ohio, Sue Ellen Ray and husband Larry of Georgetown, Ohio, Debi King of Lexington, Kentucky, Vicki Ostrander and husband Vern of Sardinia, Ohio and Marvin White of Sardinia, Ohio; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and one sister - Jenny Williams of Middletown, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 20, 2012 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Kevin Hamilton will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
