Maddox Draiden Ray Sizemore, infant son of Kevin Sizemore and Micah Windham of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, November 16, 2014. He was born October 6, 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Maddox was preceded in death by one brother - Oliver Ray Sizemore, paternal grandparents - James and Cathy Mae Sizemore, Sr., maternal grandparents - Raymond Niederhelman and Melody Jo Henderson, one uncle - Michael Weber, one aunt - Melissa Sizemore Miller and one great aunt - Patricia Ann Payne.
In addition to his parents, Maddox is survived by two brothers and one sister - Marcus Hamilton II, Tearra Lang and Gavin Lang all of Georgetown, Ohio; grandmother - Mary Wagster and fiancAC. Mike Singleton of Hamilton, Ohio; nine aunts and uncles - Christi Lennert and husband Douglas, Rikki Weber, Veronica Lunsford and husband Donnie and Michael Windham and wife Courtni all of Sardinia, Ohio, CJ Wagster and wife Nicole of Fort Lee, Virginia, Josh Wagster of Mt. Healthy, Ohio, Melinda Tucker and Teresa Meadors both of Florida and James Sizemore, Jr. and wife Natalie of Ripley, Ohio; three great aunts and uncles - Norma Green and husband Doug and Kathy Jordan and husband Roger all of Mt.Orab, Ohio and Jerry Newland and wife Martha of Ripley, Ohio; two special cousins - Becky Mosher and husband Michael of Eastgate, Ohio and Susie Meadows of Batavia, Ohio and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Tony Henderson will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt.Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio.
