Jessie Marie Carl, age 82 of Ripley, Ohio, died Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Southwest Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a homemaker and attended the Ripley Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Carl was born May 19, 1930 in West Union, Ohio the daughter of the late Andy Lee and Flora Mae (Dunaway) Reynolds.
