Marjorie F. Herrmann

Mrs. Marjorie F. Herrmann, age 83 of Ripley, Ohio, died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a homemaker, a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Ripley and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Mrs. Herrmann was born on August 4, 1924 in Higginsport, Ohio the daughter of the late Lewis and Ruth Purdy. She was also preceded in death by one brother.

Mrs. Herrmann is survived by one daughter, Brenda K. Strunk of Ripley; one son, Keith Herrmann and wife Judy of Ripley; two grandsons, Shawn Keith Herrmann and Stephen T. Strunk, both of Ripley and one brother.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Jim Schmitmeyer will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Friday, May 2 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to: Hospice of Hope.
