Marvin E. (Casey) Case

Marvin E. (Casey) Case, age 98 of Georgetown, Ohio died Saturday, February 7, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Case was a 1935 graduate of Georgetown High School. He worked at the P. Sullivan Shoe Company in Georgetown, Ohio and along with his late wife, Margaret they owned and operated Georgetown Paint and Wallpaper for thirty years. He was a member of the Georgetown Church of Christ, the Brown County Historical Society, a World War II Army veteran, a sixty-nine year member of the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 and a thirty-seven year member of the Brown County Veteran's Service Commission. In 2011 Marvin and Margaret were recognized as the longest married couple in Ohio and received the award for the longest married couple from the Brown County Fair Board for numerous years. Marvin was born January 27, 1917 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late Charles E. and Florence (Evans) Case.
