Mary Ann Cornelius

Mary Ann Cornelius, age 74 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Friday, July 30, 2010 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was retired from the Diamond International Paper Co. in Norwood, Ohio. Mrs. Cornelius was born September 14, 1935 in Ripley, Ohio, the daughter of the late Johnson and Margaret (Bruist) Lightner. She was also preceded in death by her husband of forty years, Edwin Cornelius; two sisters - Carol Jean Lightner and Katherine Kinder and one brother, Donald Lightner.
Mrs. Cornelius is survived by one daughter, Valerie Cornelius of Walton, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Cassie Faehr of Crittenden, Kentucky; two great-granddaughters - Amber and Courtney Faehr; two sisters - Virginia Dunkin and Regina Lightner Boone, both of Georgetown, Ohio; three brothers - William Lightner of Ripley, Ohio, Reggie Lightner of Middletown, Ohio and Harold Lightner of Georgetown, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at the Ripley Church of the Nazarene. Rev. Clark Castle will officiate.
