Mary Ann Mason

Mary Ann Mason, age 87 of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a homemaker. Mary was born June 2, 1922 in Belfast, Northern Ireland the daughter of the late William and Catherine (McGuigan) Black. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband - Rex Mason, Sr. in 1993, six brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. Mason is survived by three sons - Fred M. Mason of Batavia, Ohio, Rex Mason, Jr. of Aberdeen, Ohio and Tom Mason and wife Kristie of Georgetown, Ohio; one daughter - Clair Ernst and husband Russell of Hamersville, Ohio; six grandchildren - Tommy Mason, Jr. and wife Heather of Russellville, Ohio, Rockey Mason and wife Cindy of Goshen, Ohio, Krystal Phillips and husband Jake of Georgetown, Ohio, Jill Mason of Georgetown, Ohio, Rex Mason, III of California and Rachel Ernst of Hamersville, Ohio; nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Visitation will be from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Interment will be in the City Cemetery in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
