Mary Fidella Tuel
February 9, 1930 — July 7, 2012
Mary Fidella Tuel, age 82 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Kentucky. She was retired from the former U.S. Shoe Factory in Ripley, Ohio and was a member of the Aberdeen Baptist Church. Mrs. Tuel was born February 9, 1930 in Rowan County, Kentucky the daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Hinton) Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Tuel, one granddaughter, Robin; three brothers - Dewey, Charlie and Herman Lewis and one sister, Bercha Wilson.
Mrs. Tuel is survived by four children - Larry Hughes and wife Carol of Georgetown, Ohio, Connie Caudill and husband Donnie of Ripley, Ohio, Julia Mowen and husband Robert of Aberdeen, Ohio and Danny Tuel of Ripley, Ohio; two sisters - Lou Ann Harbor of Washington, Kentucky and Callie Maynard of Ripley, Ohio; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 13, 2012 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Phil Huffman will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 to 1:00 P.M. on Friday. Interment will follow the funeral service in Hiett's Chapel Cemetery near Ripley, Ohio.
