Mary Dessel Young

Mary Dessel Young, age 89 of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at the Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio. Mrs. Young was a housewife. She was born on January 22, 1918 in Flemingsburg, Kentucky the daughter of the late Floyd and Rosie (Earls) Stamper. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Young in 2002, four brothers, Oral, Claude, Bruce and Zeph Stamper and three sisters, Zella Boone, Olive White and Lynn Helviston.
Mrs. Young is survived by one son - Chester Lowell Young of Middletown, Ohio; four grandchildren - Teresa Davis, Deborah Wilson, Marie Orren and Chester L. Young, Jr.; two great grandchildren - Christy and Laura Davis and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Friday, December 28, 2007 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 12:30 until 1:30 P.M. Friday. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, S. Main Street, Georgetown, Ohio 45121.
