Maxine Snider

Maxine Virginia Snider, age 83 of Georgetown, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026 at the Otterbein Union Township Senior Life Living in Batavia, Ohio. She was born October 17, 1942 in Mingo Junction, Ohio the daughter of the late Clyde and Verna (Nobel) Bell. Maxine was a dedicated and hardworking woman who retired after more than 40 years of service in medical records at Locust Ridge Nursing Home. Outside of work, she enjoyed bowling in leagues at Community Lanes and taking leisurely car rides. Above all, Maxine cherished her family with all her heart. She especially treasured her grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to spend precious time with them. Her love for her family and the memories they shared will remain a lasting part of her legacy. Besides her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her husband – Ralph Snider in 2017 and one son – Tommy Cofrancesco.

Mrs. Snider is survived by three children – Wiliam Cofrancesco and wife Mary of Georgetown, Ohio, Tim Cofrancesco and wife Amy of Winchester, Ohio and Tersea Stenger and husband Tim of Amelia, Ohio; four grandchildren – Ryan Cofrancesco and wife Brandy of Ripley, Ohio, Tessa Cofrancesco and Marin Cofrancesco both of Cincinnati, Ohio and Tommy Stenger of Withamsville, Ohio; one great granddaughter – Willow Cofrancesco; one sister – Louise Neitzel of Barnesville, Ohio; two nieces – Cathy Day and Lori Harr both of Barnesville, Ohio and her Locust Ridge Work Family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 4, 2026 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
