Michael Jolley

Michael Allan Jolley, age 56 of Ripley, Ohio died Thursday, March 29, 2012 at the Drake Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a United States Army Vietnam War veteran. Mike was born February 5, 1956 in Maysville, Kentucky the son of the late James Howard and Daisy Ellen (White) Jolley.
Mr. Jolley is survived by his wife - Ruth (Johnson) Jolley; five children - Shawn Johnson of Portsmouth, Ohio, Amy Marshall and husband Daryl of Decatur, Ohio, Jennifer Lang and husband Ricky of Maysville, Kentucky, Rob Johnson and wife Pam of Ripley, Ohio and James Gilbert and wife Maggie of Maysville, Kentucky; fourteen grandchildren - Gabby, Daniel, Sabastian, Christopher, Dakota, Shalee, Trevor, Braiden, Destiny, Michaela, Jerran, Kylee, Alexis and Kaitlin; two great grandchildren - Alexander and Presten; one brother - Ronald L. Jolley of Lexington Park, Maryland and three sisters - Debbie Sue Appleman of Minerva, Kentucky, Sharon Eads of Ripley, Ohio and Julia Pollitt of Aberdeen, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Monday, April 2, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Charter Oak Cemetery in Aberdeen, Ohio with Military Honors provided by the Courts-Fussnecker American Legion Post #367 of Ripley, Ohio.
