Mollie H. Bowman

Mollie H. Bowman, age 100 of Bethel, Ohio died Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at the Locust Ridge Nursing Home in Williamsburg, Ohio. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Bowman was born on August 2, 1908 in Athol, Kentucky the daughter of the late Green and Margaret (Gay) Herald. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence B. Bowman and two children, Phyllis Ferguson and Clarence Bowman, Jr..

Mrs. Bowman is survived by five children - Betty Brandenburg of Naples, Texas, Christine Helton of Bushnell, Florida, Dorwin Bowman of Ripley, Ohio, Vernon Bowman and wife Julia of Aberdeen, Ohio and Pat Rose and husband Jack of Winter Haven, Florida; thirty grandchildren, fifty-four great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, August 9, 2008 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Saturday. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the House of Prayer Restoration, in care of the National Bank and Trust, 452 W. Main Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154.
