Monty Higle, Sr

Monty Ray Higle, Sr., age 64 of Winchester, Ohio formerly of Hamersville, Ohio died Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at his residence. He was a machinist for the BWAY Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church. Monty was born August 9, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Ulmont Tyler and Kathryn Dell (Ralston) Higle. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife - Mary Hazel (Sowers) Higle in 2007 and one brother - John Michael Higle.

Mr. Higle is survived by three sons - Monty R. Higle, Jr., Robert Higle and Charles Higle all of Hamersville, Ohio; one step-son - Gary Sowers, Sr. of Georgetown, Ohio; five grandchildren - Ryan Higle, Amanda Sowers and Gary Sowers, Jr. and Sierra and Jacob Izod; one sister - Esta Marie Miller of Houston, Texas; his companion - Marcia Blair of Winchester, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Matt Burns will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00- 8:00 P.M. Sunday, October 7, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Bethel Cemetery in Bethel, Ohio.
