Myrtle Louise Pfeffer

Myrtle Louise Pfeffer, age 85 of Ripley, Ohio, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was retired from the former U.S. Shoe Factory in Ripley, Ohio. Mrs. Pfeffer was born on May 16, 1922 in Wedonia, Kentucky. the daughter of the late Clarence and Maggie (Glasscock) West. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Pfeffer; one son, Gregory Pfeffer; one grandson, Shawn Carrington; two sisters - Mary Frodge and Ida Haitz and one brother - Clarence "Buck" West.
Mrs. Pfeffer is survived by five children - Paulette Carrington and husband Dwight of Amelia, Ohio; Phil Pfeffer of Ripley, Ohio; Pat Pfeffer of Ripley, Ohio; Paul Pfeffer of Hillsboro, Ohio and Linda Pfeffer of Georgetown, Ohio; fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters - Frances Adams, Elizabeth Berry and Laura Cantrell, all of Ripley, Ohio
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday. Interment will follow the funeral service in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
