Norabell Klaas, age 80 of Manchester, Ohio died Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a homemaker. Norabell was born on August 5, 1927 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late William Esmer "Ben" and Nancy (Richard) Parker. She was also preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters- Frank Henry Manning, Beulah Bloomer, June Perroni, Dehlia Holden, Ona Willis Abshire and Owen and Niles Parker;
Mrs. Klaas is survived by her husband, Robert Alfred Klaas; four sons- Robert Klaas of Seattle, Washington and Frank, Ronald and Donald Klaas all of Clermont County, Ohio; ten grandchildren a
