Norbert "Nobby" Alcorn

Norbert “Nobby” Alcorn, age 69 of Fayetteville, Ohio died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at his residence. He was a retired construction worker and a United States Army Veteran.  Nobby was born January 8, 1947 in Norwood, Ohio the son of the late Alec J. and Ada M. (Smith) Alcorn. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother – Russell Alcorn.

Mr. Alcorn is survived by two daughters – Cindy Renee Alcorn and fiancé Brian Frazier of Fayetteville, Ohio and Katelyn Jean Dillinger and husband Josh of Cincinnati, Ohio; two grandchildren – Tyler Osborne of Batavia, Ohio and Bri Osborne of Fayetteville, Ohio; one brother – James Alcorn and wife Betty of Mason, Ohio; one sister-in-law – Debbie Alcorn of Martinsville, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Darrell Roundtree will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the St. Patrick Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ohio with military services by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 of Georgetown, Ohio.
