Norma Lee Jones, age 67 of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, August 5, 2012 at the Southwest Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a storage manager. Mrs. Jones was born May 26, 1945 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of the late Charles Sparks and Edna (Combs) Sparks of Georgetown, Ohio. Besides her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Jones.
Mrs. Jones is survived by four children - Lisa (Kevin) Ruschman of Georgetown, Kentucky, Kevin (Julie) Jones of Independence, Kentucky, Lori (Ron) Robinson of Blanchester, Ohio and Stacey (Jeff) Alford of Independence, Kentucky, sixteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren, her mother - Edna E. Sparks of Georgetown, Ohio, one sister - Karen Rae Conway of Venice, Florida, three brothers - Jeffrey A. Sparks of Fairborn, Ohio, Charles Steven Sparks of Murphysboro, Tennessee and Mark Dwayne Sparks of Georgetown, Ohio and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 10, 2012 at the Georgetown Church of the Nazarene, 4884 SR 125, Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Herb Norris will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Church. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate, Kentucky. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 522 Cincinnati Mills Drive, Suite C281, Cincinnati, Ohio 45240 or to the American Lung Association, 4050 Executive Park Drive, #402, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
